We offer full disaster recovery services and a comprehensive data security program for our clients. All communication lines are terminated at our secure offsite facility in downtown Atlanta. This facility houses the Source One Direct back-up servers, along with our web servers. A T1 line links this facility to our local production facility. An additional T1 line connects our secure offsite facility to our disaster recovery partner.

All data is replicated to the offsite secure facility every four hours. In the event of a disaster, client data is rerouted to our disaster recovery partner for uninterrupted production. All client data is managed securely and tightly controlled with multi-level security systems.
